Bonjour, my name is Renz John C. Carbonell, but you can simply call me Renz. In 2016, I’ve finished my Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Cavite State University-Main Campus.
I worked as a Customer Service/ Technical support Representative with 5+ years of experience assisting customers for their concerns such as troubleshooting, general inquiries, billing concerns and managing their accounts.
In my years of experience working in BPO industry, it helped me acquire a keen attention to detail and the ability to operate under pressure, was able to do multi-tasking, think critically, and build solid time management skills. On the other hand, having these skillset that I can offer, I am looking forward to leverage my knowledge and experience as Virtual Assistant.
