I have over 8 years of experience in accounting, collections, claims processing, and office management. I started my career as a Claims Staff, handling pension and insurance processing, records management, and ensuring accurate documentation. I then advanced to the Collections Department, where I reviewed and reconciled financial transactions, monitored payments, and prepared reports to support the cooperative’s operations.
Currently, I serve as Officer-in-Charge of the Liaison Office, where I oversee daily operations, manage communication between institutions, ensure accuracy and compliance in transactions, and prepare timely reports for management.
Across these roles, I’ve built strong skills in bookkeeping, financial coordination, administrative support, and team collaboration—experience I now bring into my work as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, and Bookkeeper.
