With a primary focus on language and commitment filters, I have approximately two years of recruitment expertise. Additionally, I've been a full-time traffic manager for one of the top IT firms in the world. I have been in charge of all business operations at the company I am presently employed at. These duties include, but are not limited to, pursuing the process owner for their tardy actions, considering ways to improve a particular process, and informing all staff members to ensure that each task is completed as it should be.

The role is to promote improved compliance for managed business operations. Focus on adopting managed processes, which have been chosen by line management as priorities. Report on process non-compliance (due dates, quality) and make recommendations for how the process or people could be improved.
Establish the selection standards and identify possible candidates using online resources (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Create a plan for the interview and selection processes, such as screening phone calls, tests, and in-person interviews. Participate in and organize job fairs and recruitment events. Filtering candidates mainly on their English language capability and job commitment.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
