I am very eager to learn and help my future clients with their businesses. I have been a call center agent here in the Philippines for 6 plus years. With that said, I know how to communicate with different types of people be it over the phone, chat, or, email.
I am an experienced CSR and Virtual Assistant. I have been with retail, telecommunications, and food delivery service accounts when I was in the BPO.
