My name is Renato and you can call me Renan. I am 43 years old and a father of two.
I live in San Mateo, Rizal and currently working at Alorica as Customer Service Interaction Specialist. I also have Technical support background in my previous campaigns.

I enjoy playing RPG games and playing basketball when outdoors. I also love listening to alternative/rap music.

One of my greatest passions is exploring the great outdoors with my family. Whether it's hiking through rugged mountain trails or simply sitting by a tranquil lake, nature never fails to inspire and rejuvenate me. I'm also deeply passionate about troubleshooting or fixing any tech stuff, making every gadget work. When I'm not adventuring outside, you'll often find me playing games which also happens to be one of my side hustles as there is a business side in it. I believe in pursuing these passions wholeheartedly, as they bring joy and fulfillment to my life in ways nothing else can.

Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege of achieving some significant milestones that have shaped who I am today. Professionally, I'm proud to have topped individual metrics and overall ranks, completing an almost impossible targets to save our campaign, received awards, and named as a Level 2 support and later on a supervisor. Academically, I've worked diligently to earn my degree but fell short due to financial situation, and also got CCNA certifications. However, beyond these traditional markers of success, I believe my greatest achievements lie in the connections I've forged with others and the positive impact I strive to make in my community. Whether it's mentoring aspiring professionals, volunteering for meaningful causes, or simply lending a helping hand to those in need, these are the achievements that truly resonate with me and drive me to keep pushing forward.
