As a Seasonal Recruiter, We handle the recruitment process during busy times of the year, like the holidays or other peak seasons, when our company needs extra hands to meet increased demand. Initially, We are responsible for conducting initial interviews. But since we've introduced AI to handle the early screening and assessments, my role has changed.
After candidates complete the AI assessments, We reach out to them to verify their information and have a conversation to make sure they’re still a good fit. This includes discussing their qualifications, confirming their availability, and making sure they’re comfortable with the schedule and salary.
Once everything checks out and candidates meet the requirements, We move forward with endorsing them for job offers. We are there to guide them through the final steps, ensuring they have all the necessary paperwork and requirements completed to start their role.
We also manage candidate information by entering their details into Google Sheets once they’ve provided all their required documents. It’s all about staying organized so we can keep track of everyone’s progress and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
As an Inbound Sales Representative, I handled incoming calls from customers looking to purchase flowers. My primary responsibility was to assist them with their orders, provide information on available products, and ensure they had a smooth and positive experience throughout the sales process.
