Assisted US customers regarding orders and explanations for ecommerce promotion through phone calls.
I handled inbound calls under a financial account and was appointed as an escalation point. In addition to receiving supervisor calls, I was also in charge of making outbound calls for all disconnected calls from different sites, including California, India, and the Philippines. I also made outbound calls to offer our products to potential customers. Additionally, I prepared end-of-day reports and reached out directly to clients via WhatsApp for urgent assistance with their bank accounts.
I was responsible for monitoring the safety of laborers and manpower. I also prepared end-of-day reports on progress and ensured everything was done according to the plan before cement pouring.
