Responsible for providing frontline servicing for patients that includes handling of patient registration, encoding of patient data, scheduling of procedures, and billing. Also handles phone and face-to-face inquiries, complaints, and assists with other administrative requirements of the
department.
First point of contact with guests and handles all stages of guests’ stay. Involves registering/booking guests in and out of their rooms, while accommodating any special guest requests.
