Walk through customers on how to fix the issues they encounter using the software by providing the steps or assisting them via remote access to their computer.
• Provides thorough support and resolution to customers.
• Assist customers to perform troubleshooting steps to fix issues they have on their mobile devices, watch, tablets, ear phones, TV, sound bar and home theater system.
• Handling customer registration and helping them check the status of their promotions.
• Investigate if the issue needs to be escalated to a higher department.
