I’m hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to her most recent success. Meanwhile, she vastly improved the productivity of the team by implementing strategic project management methods and ensuring a work-life balance for our department.

Human resources is in charge of arranging interviews, coordinating hiring efforts, and on boarding new employees. They’re also in charge of making sure all paperwork involved with hiring someone is filled out and making sure that everything from the first day to each subsequent day is navigated successfully.
• Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations
• Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Receptionists and switchboard operators greet clients and visitors, in person or on the phone. They then direct the person to the most appropriate person or department for their needs. Often, the job of receptionist is not limited to reception duties.
