My role is to handle all customer service queries for the assessment of real properties within the city. I am also responsible for generating, consolidating, and analyzing valuations made for the month which will be the basis of the reports submitted to the national unit.
I created an Excel-based system for easy monitoring and analyzing data for the monthly report.

I handle and supervise the financial transaction including but not limited to the preparation of the financial statement. Ensures proper counting/ weighing/ measurement of scrap materials at the Scrap area, audits inventory in designated production area every month end, and prepares payroll and service charge tips for almost 30 employees.
