As a Quality Coach Associate, we make sure to audit our Customer Service Executive's calls and paperwork, to make sure that accurate information are being given to our customers and for them to experience good customer service. I specifically do audits for a team that handles (possible and on-going) complaints. So my task is to review their calls and claim cases to get to the bottom of the issue and provide a resolution where business and client can agree to.
As an Escalation Customer Service Executive (Inbound, Outbound, & Paperwork) for Life Insurance Claims, we provide service to our grieving beneficiaries by making sure we pay them correctly & in a timely manner. We also take care of complaints submitted by our clients and provide solutions to avoid any further escalations.
As a (universal) Customer Service Representative for Life Insurance, we provide accurate information & different financial options (such as banking, disbursements, & purchasing) to our customers who turn to us for help about our said product. We also work hand in hand with our Financial Professionals (Agents & Brokers) to make sure that we're able to meet our client's needs.
