Hi! My name is Rea Saquillo and I am 24 years old. I graduated last 2019 with a degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education in Mathematics at Dr. Yanga’s Colleges, Inc. In the same year, I also passed the exam for Licensure Professional Teacher.
As a dedicated teacher for the past 3 years, I am a hardworking, detail-oriented and highly organized professional with a proven track record of providing support. I’ve developed a strong skill set that I believe resonates well with the requirements of virtual assistant. My ability to manage schedules, facilitate communication, and streamline processes has been honed through orchestrating classroom activities, coordinating events, and collaborating with fellow educators. These skills, coupled with my enthusiasm for embracing new challenges, have naturally led me to the realm of virtual assistance.

-Conduct classroom orientation on the requirements of the subject via Zoom or LMS.
-Check students’ outputs and performances and give feedbacks through online consultations.
-Prepare meaningful classroom activities.
-Manage a virtual class in the most effective way.
-Submits daily learning plan to the subject coordinator on time.
-Construct test, records, evaluates the result of students’ activities, and do the computation of grades.
-Help students develop and implement appealing and worthwhile classroom program activities.
-Work with students to improve individual and group skills. Provide support, guidance, and accountability to help students benefit from the program participation.
-Upload the student code of conduct, implements effective student management procedures and provides appropriate student supervision.
- Report to the subject coordinator regarding students’ progress and make a necessary coordination with parents.
-Consult with parents as needed (e.g., phone calls, E-mail, written notes, meetings) regarding their child academic standing.
-Help students understand and embrace ethical conduct.
-Perform other specific job-related duties as directed.
-Handle customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet
-Assist customers using a call flow guide to answer questions and solve problems
-Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
-Invest in our customers’ success by offering additional products and/or services
