Providing comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Act as a liaison between executives and other staff, as well as external partners. Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings. Handle confidential information and communications with discretion. Organize and prioritize daily workload to meet deadlines. Assist with customer inquiries and provide customer service as needed. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Assist in guiding students through the Kumon Learning Program, including math and reading curriculum. Support students by providing direct assistance with worksheets, answering questions, and encouraging progress. Correct and record students worksheets, while providing feedback to the lead teacher regarding student performance. Help maintaining a quiet and organized learning environment conducive to student focus and engagement. Monitoring classroom to ensure all students are practicing good study habits and adhering to Kumon’s learning center policies. Preparing and organizing teaching materials and classroom for student use. Communicating with parents about student progress and center announcements as needed. Attending and contributing to team meetings and teacher training sessions. Perform administrative tasks such as tracking student attendance and keeping records up to date.
