My name is Raymund Mendoza from the Philippines. I have a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and three years of bookkeeping experience. I've worked as an Audit Associate for almost two years in one of the world's Big Four Accounting and Auditing firms. I am a professional that is knowledgeable about Quickbooks desktop and online. With my experience as a Bookkeeper and Auditor, it is essential to be a detail-oriented individual committed to taking a rigorous approach to work and ensuring that any output produced before completion is of the highest quality, as well as someone who values integrity, honesty, and accountability. I want to offer my accounting and bookkeeping knowledge and skills to prospective clients to help them with their businesses.

As an Audit Associate contains a variety of functions and roles including:
• Supporting the accounting and auditing team in their daily functions.
• Preparing and managing audit budgets.
• Verifying company financial information.
• Resolving client audit queries efficiently.
• Ensuring compliance with state and company best practices.
• Planning and performing company financial audits.
• Creating and managing internal auditing systems.
• Preparing audit reports and statements for company managers.
• Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.
• Update and maintain the general ledger.
• Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system.
• Recording of debits and credits.
• Maintain the trial balance by a reconciliation of general ledgers.
• Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions.
• Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements.
• Monitor any variances from the projected budget.
• Filing documents for tax compliance, licenses, and permits.
As an ESL Teacher, I instruct students whose first language is not English. The goal is to teach the English Language Proficiency Standard Course of Study. I instruct English language learners to read, speak, listen, and write English so that they can achieve grade-level proficiency in all academic areas.
