I currently work as a blood bank nurse at a government hospital, having seven years of experience as a nurse phlebotomist. I am an extroverted person who easily gets along with my co-workers. I enjoy traveling, hanging out with friends, and am a dedicated person who can handle stressful situations well. I am a quick learner and a trustworthy individual. I am adaptable and can easily adjust to roles or tasks given to me. My passion lies in supporting patients and their families through every stage of care, with a strong focus on empathy, communication, and clinical excellence. I am committed to lifelong learning and continually seek opportunities to expand my skills and knowledge to provide the best care possible.
I enrolled with Med virtual assistant training program with ProVA where i gain basic knowledge how to handle US based insurance, US health care system, Medical billing, Appointment scheduling, Insurance handling, Insurance verification, Prior authorization, Basic billing, coding and scribing knowledge.
