Hi! I’m Raquel M. Mallanes, but you can call me Raks or Kel. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. I’m 22 years old, single, and a positive and driven individual. During my free time, I enjoy watching informative videos, exploring productivity tools, and learning new skills that can help me grow both personally and professionally. I also love organizing things and helping others stay on track with their goals.
I recently completed a General Virtual Assistant Training and joined a Virtual Assistant Program to expand my career opportunities. I also have three months of work experience as a Front Office Associate, which helped me develop strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills. I am equipped with a strong background in providing virtual assistance, particularly in managing calendars, setting appointments, and handling a range of administrative tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
