• A "vendor" or "3rd-party service provider" is an entity (e.g., a person or a company)
• A third-party delivery or also known as 3PLs is a kind of logistic service that enables businesses to outsource operational logistics from warehousing down to delivery.
• To provide our customer a good service like picking up and delivering goods at lowest cost.
• To make sure that their goods were deliver on time and in a good condition
• To help business for the better—not just by taking the headache out of storing and delivering orders, but in the speedy delivery times we can promise to customers.
• To prepare BOL (Bill of Lading) a legal document issued by a carrier (transportation company) to a shipper that details the type, quantity, and destination of the goods being carried. A bill of lading also serves as a shipment receipt when the carrier delivers the goods at a predetermined destination.
• Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
• Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leave
• Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
• Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
• Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
• Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
• Collate and distribute mail
• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
• Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
