• Supervise Sales Executive & Coordinator and be responsible for overall team performance.
• Building professional relationships with the sales team.
• Support & motivate staff members to achieve individual and team targets.
• Coach sales members in negotiation to improve skills and achieve sales targets.
• A sales supervisor usually acts as the intermediary between the upper levels of management and the sales team.
