My approach involves using Instagram to connect with coaches who require content creation services. I reach out to them and schedule appointments for my client to engage in discussions.
I handled cold calling, I was assigned to call the leads that were affected by natural causes, like hailstorms, windstorms, and earthquakes. etc. Set an appointment with the Licensed Adjusters to help them file their claims so that they won't have to deal with the insurance people.
I manage my clients’ accounts about making sure the department meets the needs of the VIP client. As well as handling their inquiries, complaints, and suggestions via chat or email support. I also handle admins' tasks when creating reports using (Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, and Excel)
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.

Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
