- Making sure food that are being served is properly cooked and following recipe standards.
-Being the second in command in the Buffet station (Cold Section)
-Monitor the amount of food items that are being prepared for service.
-Making sure that all food items are according to recipe standard, proper presentation and taste.
- Maintain United States Public Health (USPH) standard on all preparation areas and food service locations to prevent contamination or spoilage of food.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
