Hi! My name is Raiza Ann Ebus, but you can call me Rai. I am 25 years old, and living in General Santos City, Philippines.
I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in AB Communication, and have worked as a private tutor for 1 year, and also worked in the Law Firm/BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative and Legal Officer for more than 3 years, which helped me grow professionally. I decided to change my career to explore and pursue my passion. So I enrolled in ProVA to become a Virtual Assistant. I am a Virtual Assistant with proficient customer service experience. I am competent in a variety of tasks, including appointment scheduling, Facebook ads management, graphic designing, customer service, and administrative work. My ability to multitask and prioritize allows me to efficiently manage my workload and meet deadlines. A virtual assistant must have excellent communication skills, pay close attention to detail, and be able to adapt to various work contexts. I am confident of my work ethic and endeavor to give excellent service to all of my clients.
