Raffy Dave is well-experienced in handling customers based in the United States. He had worked for 4 years in the BPO industry and is now working from home permanently. His interest in working online sparked during the height of the pandemic. He then worked in different niches, like an appointment setting, and became a business development representative. In 2021, he worked in an online call center setup and got promoted in less than 2 months as an Account Assistant, then later appointed and promoted to work as an Account Supervisor.
Every day, he loves working directly with a group of amazing clients, discussing the points of opportunities or challenges that they can work on together to improve the services offered. He believes that providing excellent service can make the clients feel valued, which he thinks they rightfully deserve.
