We correspond with our customers through inbound calls regarding transactions on their accounts such as payments, billing, charges, troubleshooting, technician dispatches and other issues. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Build web applications with web development best practices.
Translate Application Design into Front-end code with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript using the modern responsive and cross-browser website.
Refine specifications and requirements based on technical requirements or Web Design.
Handled complete VPN assistance for customers. Resolve VPN configuration issues and assist customers in resolving them via email and live chat assistance.
Configured the VPN on Routers, Pfsense, Raspberry Pi, Linux, Windows/Mac computers, Smart TVs, Mobile phones, and other VPN capable devices.
