Primeworks is a business that provides housekeeping and maintenance services to condominiums and companies. I was responsible for overseeing the maintenance side of Primeworks. I addressed minor and major concerns of 73 properties as well as provide plans on how to further improve the efficiency of the company in order to accelerate its growth. I also conduct quarterly inspections of these properties to assure the highest quality of wrk possible.
