• Handling all aspects of operation
• Manages property online includes responding to guest inquiry via message, email and calls. Setting appointments for cleaners before and after the reservation. Sending end of day report for total revenue, refunds and expenses.
• Performing vendor research and selection to enhance profitability, reducing operating costs and boosting efficiency
• Maintaining cordial working relationships with vendors and supervising vendor activities
• Using quarterly and annual data to determine purchasing needs and performing inventory management
• Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• In-charge of the accounts of major bookstore/s (National Bookstore, Expression, SM, Metro Retail) and other provincial clients; handling their orders, request, remittance or payments and returns
• Encoding delivery receipts/sales invoice ordered, emailed and faxed by clients and agents
• In charge of issuing waybills for clients/customers based on provinces.
• Respond to order complaints and other inquiries of customers through telephone calls.
