Oversee the entire operational movement during check-in and departure. Assists passengers during check-in, boarding and deplaning. Handles passengers’ inquiries about flight schedules, travel routes, provide updates on flight delays or cancellations and other flight-related issues. Communicate effectively with passengers, aircrew and airport staff. Manage ticketing systems and transactions, sells tickets and handle ticketing related queries. Ensure a positive and pleasant experience for passengers at the airport.
Support and ensure the success of the company’s daily operational for both Domestic and International fixed wing and rotary wing operations through professional on-site in both administrative and operational support. Co-ordinates on a day-to-day basis with the Passengers, checking in passengers' luggage and provide the safety procedures. Collaborate with the Team on all aspects of flight documentation and administration process. Perform Clerical works etc.
• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to
handle and resolve complaints.
• Grant each and every customer excellent service to keep customers satisfied.
Performing as per the required procedures for handling specific flights. Ensuring that the equipment at the designated work area (check-in/ boarding gates / transfer desks) is functional before starting the flights. Control as directed, flight-handling activities such as Flight Editing, Check-in, Transfers and Boarding etc. Ensures ground handlers are compliant with airlines regulations.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
