-Canteen supervisors manage the operations of a canteen;·
-Prepare the canteen for daily operations. Collect all orders and prepare food for sale in an efficient manner with appropriate workflow processes
and portion control practices thus ensuring wastage is kept to a minimum;
-Supervise canteen staff, ensure the canteen is well stocked and maintain the relevant records;
-Ensures that the canteen stocked with enough grocery items for preparing a range of foods;
-Order goods from approved suppliers, check deliveries for quantity and quality, and retain correct documentation;
- Ensure all staff and volunteers are trained in Food Safe Food Handler training;
-Ensure that all food goods are received and stored in accordance with correct food and hygiene standards.
-Responsible on assessing and improving profitability;
-Conducts recruitment, training, supervising and appraising staffs;
-Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, health and safety legislation/guidelines;
-Handling customer inquiries and investigates customer complaint;
-Responsible for monitoring pest control activities;
- Ensure Quality Management System application are followed;
-Promoting and marketing the business;
-Keeping statistical and financial records safe;
-Conducts inventory checking to determine stock availability;
-Accomplishes report on inventories and ordering;
- Supervised completion of financial paperwork’s and tracking reports;
-Conducts GS internal audit;
-Monitor employee productivity and optimism procedures to reduce cost;
-Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards;
-Conducts and monitors testing and inspection of raw materials and products to ensure finished product quality;
-Investigates customer complaints and issued non-conformance report;
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities;
-Monitors GMP Program in production;
- Performs pre-delivery inspections of finished products;
-Coordinates information that affects the quality and food safety of the products with the concerned section/department in timely manner;
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
