New Job Order: The addition of new or existing transactions happens here. Any necessary information about the item should be put down, along with any complaints. To assign a technical to fix or inspect the item, a staff member will review the data and update the job order.
Customer: The staff can update a customer's information here. This is required to get in touch with the customer for any updates, especially if a material needs replacement or the problem has already been resolved.
Reminders (Pending): The staff can review this list of open job orders and notify the technician if one is still outstanding. The technician can amend the job order once the item has been fixed.
Reminders: The technician will transfer the job order to Reminders once the item has been fixed and the pending job order has been updated. This will allow the staff to identify which client needs to be informed when the item is fixed and ready for pickup.
Reports (Detailed): Based on the option chosen, a full report is generated using this. If any client or staff member wants it, this might make it easier for the staff to print a report.
Reports (Summary): Here, the staff can produce reports based on the available options. If the admin requests it, the staff can use this to quickly prepare reports.
