I am currently working as a Senior Process Executive in Cognizant Technology Solutions Inc., base in Cebu which I am now specifically doing some admin tasks for our U.S client regarding taxes for various businesses, this is my second account now in the same company for almost 3 years now. I was an order taker in the first account for a large food chain in US as well for more than 2 years. I am currently in working from home set up by the way since the pandemic started. I’ve been in BPO industry for 5 years now, been in different types of jobs before (service crew, production operator). Now, I wanted to do the virtual assistant job to continue the work from home job since the company is planning to do hybrid (combination of work on-site and WFH set-up).
I have 2 daughters, 7-year-old Grade 2 student and a 22-month-old baby exclusively breast feeding which is hard for me to do the hybrid set up. I’ve been planning to apply as a virtual assistant even before though I don’t have the right equipment and the courage to do all the process. I will be now more than willing to do the trainings and everything that would bring me a WFH set/ freelance job.

Entail conducting quality check and quality analysis programs, knowledge management based on inputs from different stakeholders, participation in ideation and reengineering of client processes and training on the same.
Assisting patients who need Durable Medical Equipment (DME) treatment requiring insurance carrier pre-authorization. We interview patients or most of the time check the medical documents to assess their Durable Medical Equipment (DME) needs and liaise with insurance companies and nurse managers for prior authorization approval. I also managed emails and faxes for the patient's documents.
Supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints regarding online purchases (especially physical items). We give assistance to customers to ensure they find the right product. And resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.

Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
