I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Human Resources Development Management. Through my experience as an HR practitioner, I have performed various duties such as recruiting, payroll management, and employee relations. I also have experience as a Technical Services Representative in an American multinational telecommunication company. I have developed administrative skills and good communication with people. As for my hobby, I enjoyed editing videos and pictures. I have many different experiences but am willing to learn more and help clients achieve their goals.

• I am reviewing job descriptions to understand the client’s needs and identify the right candidate for the position. I’m also conducting pre-assessment calls with candidates and verifying different items such as qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements for our US candidates. I am also in charge of the invites and scheduling of candidates for an interview via SMS, phone call, or e-mail.
• Provided accurate resolution and gives the best assistance to our customers regarding their technical, billing, and programming concerns regarding the services. Responsible to handle newly hired employees with their training.
• Post job advertisements on different job portals (JobStreet, Jobs180, Company Website) and social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook Page, and Groups). Assess the profile of applicants based on the given qualifications for both internal and external vacancies. Participates in Job Fairs. Responsible for the marketing strategies of the recruitment team.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
