Hello, I am Queenzeal, I graduated Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Right after graduating, I worked as a Front Office Associate or Hotel Receptionist in a 4-star hotel. I have been a Front Office Associate for 2 years and 4 months. In my previous job, I am already a senior in my team and trained new front office agents. As Front Office Associates, it is vital for us to have good verbal and written communication skills, good telephone manners, attention to detail, basic bookkeeping, good customer service skills, patience and tact, and the ability to be well organized even when working under pressure.
I first discover freelancing from a friend of mine from college. He introduces me to the things that I need to know and how to start. I enrolled myself in paid courses and with the help of my mentors, I gained knowledge about being an Executive Assistant and Social Media Manager. After the training, I learned how to do content creation, market the business to the right target market, and know the different approaches that can help my strategy or process in social media.
