I also create content for social media to maintain an active online presence, monitor ongoing tasks and assignments to ensure everything is completed accurately and on time, and provide general support to help the team stay organized and productive.
Business development center (BDC) representatives identify sales leads among new and existing customers, and maintain client relationships. They develop new business by scouting leads via the internet, phone, mailing, and tradeshows. They promote sales and implement marketing campaigns to increase revenue in chosen market areas.
