Help mobilize and market the company’s new product lines. I became in
charge of both product marketing and planning. To deliver successful products, this entails
managing the product throughout its lifecycle, compiling and ranking customer and product
needs, creating the product vision, and collaborating closely with other departments.
Due to a leadership potential, the Management has decided to transfer me to
our mother company to handle the whole of the Human Resource Department. While in the
position, I was responsible for the entire operation of the human resources division; oversee
the several HR sub-departments.

orientation and training, payroll administration to ensure that workers get paid on schedule.
