I operate as a liaison between the company and its clients, both in and out of the office. Coordination of meetings and appointments, reception of incoming calls, scheduling of meetings, reporting of daily functions, and answering administrative enquiries. Greeting and directing visitors and clients.
Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment. Creating pastries, baked goods, and confections by following a set recipe. Developing new recipes for seasonal menus. Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure a beautiful and tasteful presentation. Doing daily inventory reports and handling interns or on-the-job trainees.
Answer incoming phone calls, Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Make social media plans that are both innovative and engaging, such as scheduling updates and posting relevant information, communicating with fans and followers, responding to customer questions on social media, and covering company events on social media platforms.
I confirm and schedule appointments between buyers and sellers. Conduct property research and answer inquiries via email and live chat. I use the dialer and scripts provided by the client to make outbound cold calls to prospects. Select dispositions for prospects/contacts based on the cold calling platform. Handle objections appropriately. Scheduling follow-up calls for yourself or another member of your team. Regular meetings before shifts. Use of a time tracking application. Update results at the end of the work.
