I am Princess Nina Huerto from Makati City,Philipines.24 years old. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and I am a LET passer. During my college days, I worked part-time as a Service Crew. After graduating, I worked in the BPo industry for 4 years. Started as a Financial and Customer Care representative and was eventually promoted to different positions such as Mentor, Associate Trainer, and Team Lead/Manager. Through the span of time of being part of the BPO industry, I was able to hone my skills like my oral and written communication skills,time-management, and computer skills. I was engaged in many admin tasks when I became an Associate Trainer and a Team Leam. I did email management and also daily, weekly and monthly presentations/reports to the clients by using Microsoft and Google Tools.
When I am not working, I am enjoying my free time with my husband and my 1-year-old son. We love to watch movies together, especially Disney movies. My husband and I also like riding motorcycles and do out of town trips. We love searching for waterfalls and beaches when we are travelling.
What's next? I am eager to take the next step in my career at a company that will allow me to continue growing professionally and get excited about the work that I will be doing on a day-to-day basis. With the skills and experience that I gather working in the BPO industry, I am actively seeking a role as a Virtual Assistant that would allow me to work within a team or individually and produce meaningful work to achieve the client's goal.
