My primarily responsibility are to make sure that data are well monitored and customer service is being serve efficiently to the clients. I am also managing and creating google sheets wherein it records the payroll, tracking of sales, and drafting formal letters and any business-related documentations. I make sure that important details were properly authenticated and reliable.
In addition, I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheets, and SQL, and able to work effectively even under pressure and able to follow instructions carefully within expecting intervals. I am confident that I am an effective cross-functional communicator, high achiever, adaptive, and skilled negotiator as well. With a knowledgeable in Non-Life Insurance Policy and coverages especially in Motor Claims processing.

I am managing sales by providing spreadsheets of total sales monthly, to ensure products won’t be expire upon purchasing by the client, creating our own payroll spreadsheet, and issuing Certificate of Employment to the employees.
My duties are managing claims files and reports, communicating with the clients to investigate and gather information for claims processing, managing excel files and audits, documentation and processing subrogation, creating formal letters and monitoring volumes of claims.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
