Handle CSR2 Team who deals with escalations.Communicate with the client with any CS Updates and further discuss escalations. Identify agent's strengths and work with agents’ areas of improvement. Monitor agent's scores and help them in meeting their target scores (KPIs).
Responsible for providing support to the newbies by answering inquiries, ensuring they follow the guidelines set by the account and providing best practices that will help them out to pass thelearning phase and be endorsed to production.
-Listen to agents calls and provide coaching feedback. Identify agent's strengths and work with
agents’ areas of improvement. Monitor agent's scores and help them in meeting their target
scores (KPIs).
Discuss the account rules set by the management and make sure they follow guidelines to avoid
mark down.
-Create an Incident Report to agents who have infractions and failed to follow the account
guidelines.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
