For almost 5 years, I have worked as a Customer Service Representative, Transactions Analyst, Documentation Specialist who handled B2C and B2B calls, email, chats, and administrative and technical assistance to both customers and clients. Microsoft excel, Word, MS-DOS, SalesForce, and Zendesk are some of the few platforms I have handled. Knowledgeable in General Insurance, and Claims for I have worked with Optum Global Solutions, CoverWallet, and Oscar Health Insurance.

Although we are called documentation specialist, most of what we do is provide administrative, technical, or creative assistance to clients. Almost similar to a virtual assistant, the only difference is we work in the office.
Under Subrogation Department, we review medical claims and provide it as well as Demand Letter, Notice Letter, and 401k types of documents to paralegals as needed to reimburse the lost amount due to unforeseen circumstances.
I was part of Tile Tech Support for the first 6 months wherein I answer customers’ queries through chats and emails. We also do outbound calls whenever there are unresolved issues on customer’s end that couldn’t be resolved through chats or emails. Then I was transferred to Oscar Health Insurance which we mostly do outbound calls to providers in order to verify if the information that we have on file is accurate.
