An Application for Tulong Dunong Program (TDP), which targets students who resides in the 2nd District Province of Sorsogon. When we say TDP, this is under RA 10931, The Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) is a scholarship program under the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Program of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).  The TDP aims to partially cover the cost of tertiary education, including education-related expenses, for eligible students.  And the TDP is open to Filipino citizens who are enrolled in any first undergraduate degree program in State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs), or private higher education institutions.
