Hi! I’m Pomela Stephan Fuentes, but you can call me Pom. I’m a recent graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, passionate about providing excellent service and delivering organized, efficient results.
During my on-the-job training in both the Philippines and the United States, I gained hands-on experience in several departments, from administrative and front desk operations to customer service and hospitality. I managed Property Management Systems, assisted guests, trained new team members, and also worked as a hostess and barista at a Starbucks-affiliated coffee shop. These experiences helped me build strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Now, I’m beginning my journey as a General Virtual Assistant and currently taking a professional VA training program at PRO VA. As part of the new generation of workers, I adapt quickly to new systems and tools, learning new platforms comes naturally to me. I love exploring technology and finding smart ways to make work more efficient and productive.
I’m excited to grow in the virtual assistance field, help clients manage their tasks smoothly, and bring a positive, detail-oriented approach to every project I work on.
