On paper, this runs mainly through customer service, however; the company has allowed me to hone my skills and have put them to good use under the whole 9 yards of the company profile. Ranging from purchasing, logistics and sales studies, to customer service, client relations, customer feedback satisfaction, disputes, claims and major cases which range differently per Australian seller hubs.
This has also allowed me to handle multiple people with "at-on-ends" personalities and make them work together as one whole unit. I was also able to familiarize how Australians like to handle their business, privacy and personal matters to ensure we get a holistic approach on how we handle the business on a personal level.
