My name is Pilita P. Mara, 45 years old, married, and a proud mother of two, based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. I am a dedicated, hardworking, and family-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility in both personal and professional aspects of life.
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Central Colleges of the Philippines (2002). My academic foundation, combined with years of hands-on work experience, has equipped me with the skills and adaptability needed in today’s fast-paced work environment.
With extensive experience in customer service, administration, logistics, data entry, and community development, I have worked with organizations such as Qantas Airways (via Teletech), Care Channels Inc., and Meralco (Safety Seals Specialist Inc.). These roles strengthened my skills in client relations, documentation, and administrative support, while enhancing my ability to multitask and work under pressure. I am now seeking opportunities where I can leverage my administrative, organizational, and customer service skills, along with my experience in data entry and online bookkeeping, to provide value as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Support Professional.
