Report to the Head of Operations in the Philippines and assigned team managers.
Collaborate with IT, Data and Campaign Analysts (DCA), and Account Managers to
prepare, monitor, and edit campaigns and creatives.
Coordinate and send updates on campaigns and creatives to relevant team members.
Access affiliate network platforms to retrieve creatives, reports, and manage program
activation/pause.
Test internal platforms, and provide feedback to AM and Tech teams.
Upload and update data in internal platforms, databases, and CRM systems.
Test websites and applications across different devices and report bugs or issues.
Monitor servers, applications, and backend systems, ensuring functionality and
performance.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and third-party providers to ensure high-
quality outputs.
Assist in training new team members on platforms and tools used in operations.
Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on platform developments.
Support various ad operations and client projects as assigned by management.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
