-Responsible on Purchasing Materials on SAP System as required within the department.
-Placing purchase order of Sundry Materials of Production Department as needed, receiving, good received and issuing to requester. Initiate inventory controlling on regular basis. Ensure monitoring of minimum and maximum stock level to avoid stock exhaustion and to meet demand.
-Communicating with supplier with regards to the needed order, quotation and delivery.
-Ensure regular check of spare parts inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
-Monitor spare parts reordering thresholds and initiate purchase orders when necessary.
-Coordinate with storekeeper and technicians to resolve any spare parts issues, ensuring availability for maintenance and repairs
-Monitoring Z & A spare parts to be direct orders and reviewing ABCZ classification during reorders.
-Daily purchase request of direct spare parts materials, place order with approve suppliers, track delivery status and follow-up.
-Maintain communication with key suppliers for direct materials and spare parts. Review contracts and ensure compliance with pricing, agreement, quality standards and delivery terms. -Handle any supplier related issues or discrepancies in product delivery and invoicing and payment
-Compiled list of all open and pending orders along with their status. Follow-up as needed to ensure timely delivery and closure. -Coordinate and counter-checked with technical storekeepers with regards to good receiving and issuing in the system.
-Maintain 5S standard within the store and ensure the store complies with safety, health and environmental regulations. Keep the store clean, organized and safe. Monitor and maintain equipment used in the store.
-Managing certification of ISO 14k, ISO 45K, ISO 9K NQMS and FSSC/ISO 22K audit and implementation.
-Maintain and improves the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment system on an ongoing basis. -Responsible for conducting, planning and supervising the implementation of MRM and internal audit of the QHSE system.
-Facilitate and disseminate interdepartmental communication in regards to the QHSE implementation. Collaborate with main concern person such as Quality Coordinator and HSE officers about sustainability implementation of system against with international, internal and local or legal standards regulatory.
-Responsible for Document control system for the existing QHSE documents and create new documents and forms as required.
-Conducting internal audit in compliance of international standard and act as team lead for external audit reviews and accreditation.
-Conducting awareness and trainings related with QHSE Management System. -Conducting risk assessment to identify of the OH&S hazards of the facility's equipment’s, substances or movements in order to determine the level of risk associated with the hazard and the proper control that should be implemented.
-Actively participate and support the team on investigation of QHSE non-conformity or observation raise from the internal operation and interested parties.
-Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all administrative activities.
-Managing manager calendar, arranging travel, handling phone calls, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, taking meeting minutes, screening visitors, and generally providing administrative support to ensure their executive can focus on core business tasks; essentially acting as a gatekeeper to their schedule and prioritizing important information.
