- Supervise Team Members: Provide direction, guidance, and support to assigned team members

- Create and arrange visually appealing, eye-catching in-store and window displays to maximize customer interest and sales.
- Analyze sales figures, performance metrics, and market trends to anticipate product demand and plan product assortments.
- Conduct research on competitor pricing and merchandising strategies.
- Work with marketing teams to ensure merchandising activities are aligned with broader advertising campaigns.
- Gather information on customer reactions and preferences to products and displays.
- Teach mathematical concepts effectively through virtual platforms (e.g., video conferencing, interactive whiteboards).
- Utilize a variety of digital tools and resources to present complex math concepts, such as simulations, instructional videos, and interactive practice problems.
- Create, administer, and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams using online learning management systems (LMS).
- Track student performance and progress digitally, modifying instruction based on assessment data.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
