-Inbound and Outbound calls to new and existing clients

-Conducting platform walk-through to prospect clients

-Creating proposals
-Marketing
-Upselling
-Account optimizations
-Escalations
-Refunds
And many more that involve an end to end process from acquiring new clients to clients leaving. In the past I've done a lot of B2B sales work, but not limited to:
-Lead generation
-Scheduling appointment clients
-Product presentation
-Sales
I have also been in a few business development roles as well. I find myself to be calm and collected, easy going, hard working and always wanting to learn more things. With my combined sales and customer service skills and my ability to catch onto everything quickly, I am confident that I will be an asset to your business.
