This experience laid the foundation for my work in a medical setting, where I assisted patients by explaining procedures and medications, helped the doctor with medical tasks, and managed schedules and inventory, at the same time I did part-time by making graphic designs for social media postings.
I also thrived in a fast-paced environment, engaging with clients through email and calls, scheduling appointments, and managing social media content to enhance customer engagement.
I then developed strong problem-solving abilities as a call center agent, addressing inquiries and concerns from customers in the U.S. and Australia and providing tailored solutions. This experience helped refine my communication and relationship-building skills.
