More Info About Me
Hi, I’m Penelou Joy Muzones, 24 years old. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in July 2022. I experienced some on-the-job training at several banks in our town. I also worked as an intern at a private accounting firm during my undergrad. After I graduated, I started to look for a job in the meantime until I was hired as a virtual assistant by one of the small companies here at our place. I am a virtual assistant right now, specifically at Amazon. I worked with four clients before as a part-timer. I handle their accounts by monitoring and addressing all the issues on the account. But after 9 months, I was transferred to a different department, which is under the Perch Team. I am still a virtual assistant, but I have different work from my previous department. I work on creating the deals, scheduling the deals, and, at the same time, quality control. I have been working as a virtual assistant for a year. I am an organized person who pays attention to detail. I am also a good communicator with my clients.
