Hi I’m Pearlie, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology. I am currently working as a supervisor in Customer Service for United Airline Reservation. I handle supervisor call, and a product specialist. I’ve been working in customer service industry since 2021. For 4 years I am an Administrative Assistant, handling finance reports, email, and appointments of Finance Manager. I wanted to start my Virtual Assistant career which I believe I have enough knowledge and experience to provide good service. Also, I enroll in GVA training to enhance my knowledge in VA industry.
